- One night room charge for any cancellation within 20 days prior to the arrival date.
- Early check out will be charged full night room booking
- One night room charge for any cancellation within 30 days prior to the arrival date.
- Two nights room charge for any cancellation within 14 days prior to the arrival date.
- Early check out will be charged full night room booking
- One night room charge for any cancellation within 45 days prior to the arrival date.
- Two nights room charge for any cancellation within 30 days prior to the arrival date.
- Full nights room reserved will be charge for any cancellation within 14 days prior to the arrival date
- No refund for early check out
- No Show and Early Check Out will be charged full night room booking
Payment Procedures:
- The credit card will be charged ONCE the booking HAS BEEN CONFIRMED.
- All payment will be CONVERTED into INDONESIA RUPIAH or IDR using the exchange rate on the date of the transaction is made.
